If you’re not on one of our Hunts, Saturday morning’s in Truffle season mean ‘off to the Capital Region Farmers Market’, because along with the great produce, that’s where the Truffle Growers have a stall. This video was a special day as there were cooking demonstrations by top local chefs and their apprentices in the new ‘cooking stage’ area at the back of the main food hall.
There was lots of media attention as well (and the cockato loved the truffle risotto!)
One of the ‘Four Chefs’ group is Chris Whitlock from Lambert Vineyards Restaurant, who doesn’t usually make the pizza, but did for this video. How beautifully simple is that?
